Use of the Service

• You must follow applicable laws and not misuse the service.
• Anonymous access is permitted with feature limits; creating an account enables additional features and cross‑device use.
• Do not attempt to copy, scrape, or overload our services or providers.

Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials.
• You may link an anonymous session to a permanent account via email/ password or OAuth.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Pricing and plans are shown in‑app and may change.
• On cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Content & Data

• You retain rights to your saved routes. You grant us a license to store and process them to provide features.
• We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Routes and map data may be inaccurate or unsafe. Use your own judgment and comply with local laws. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravelo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
